I have purchased these guided meditations by Jeddah Mali. I know that anything spoken with absolute clarity carries with it powerful energy- so it is with these guided meditations. The listener is able to simply "plug into" an environment which allows the transcendence of all self-expectation. Profoundly inspiring. I find myself much more peaceful, choosing kindness in most everything I do far more often since beginning these meditations- the value of which can simply not be stated.
