It has been around quite awhile apparently, but new to me. The site offers you a free 6 minute

engagement with its technology which you can repeat indefinitely by registering. My skepticism was not to my credit. It turns out to be (in my view at any rate), genuine and pretty terrific to boot. Diamond Alignment is an attractive metaphor that expresses the quality of our essence.

Jacqueline Joy is the woman at the centre of this, and joy is one of the outcomes of using it. I wanted to report on it here, just to add another voice in its advocacy.

Learning Strategies have published Jeddah Mali's second set of meditations on CD, in the series Seeds of Enlightenment. I've used several by now; not saying how anyone else might find them, but I have sometimes found the results pretty remarkable and am glad I bought them.
